Fifth Week of Xana – Everything on the ground is tasty

This week Xana developed or, better said, went in detail with a new game. Whether food, bones or water - everything was thrown on the floor and eaten from there. She also enjoyed the first hiking trip.

The dog-kid knew that Xana loved anything on the grass. Somehow the little dog developed a love-hatred towards the lawn. She loved to go beneath the trampoline and to pull out the lawn there. She doesn't like short lawn, it's too boring for her. In addition, she throws all bowls upside-down now and annoys the dog-kid with having to pick everything up again.

First trip into the nature – A great adventure!

At the weekend we went out for the first trip with Xana. After tons or curves along the way (there are many mountains in Asturias), we reached our destiny: a beautiful beach embedded in green nature. Since the little Border Collie Lady got sick, the dog-kid had to clean Xana and the box with the help of me before the adventure could finally start.
Xana couldn't wait to get started and enjoyed the beautiful paths in nature. There were few people around, but first she barked at all human beings around. After a while, she did not pull the leash anymore and relaxed slowly. In addition, she barked less at people coming towards us.

After the walk, we arrived exhausted at home. Little Xana went straight into her box and needed to rest. Even at night she didn't feel like playing with the dog-kid. Who could blame her after a four kilometer hike? She only moved herself in order to eat and that's no wonder. Her stomach was empty.

I also was tired and exhausted. I enjoyed to go to bed super early while the dog-kid and Xana slept in the tent.
