In addition to the time in the tent and in the garden, we now always bring Xana into the house for several hours a day, otherwise she won't feel connected to the house anymore and well... Weather is going to change at some point. To make her feel more comfortable, the dog mom has even sewn a comfortable pillow just for Xana.
Xana in the garden
Little Xana was still enjoying her time in her "private" garden, but she found out how to leave her fenced part of the garden in less than two week and thus, I got rid of the fence. It wasn't an eye-catcher anyway.
Never underestimate a Border Collie
It is now clear to us why a Border Collie is not necessarily a "top recommendation" as a dog. Xana is incredibly active, runs like crazy around the garden and likes to do stupid things when she is bored and we are not attentive. Our Xana is definitely not a bitch to lie quietly on the living room carpet. But since the dogkid has tons of energy energy, the two complement each other quite well.
A pouf for the little Border Collie puppy
Xana always wanted to occupy the human pouf, which is why the dog mum sew a doggy one. It turned out smaller than she wanted it to be, but for now it works and Xana loves it!
